Rentals

 

  • This program is designed for rentals up to 12 months.
  • Reservations are required. Vehicles must be reserved 5 business days prior to delivery.
  • 50% security deposit is required at time of reservation along with a signed Rental Contract.
  • Payment in full is due on or before delivery.
  • All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the rental or deposit is non-refundable.
  • Customer may extend rental period but availability is not guaranteed.  Please contact Rental Manager for availability.
  • Damages to vehicles during rental period are the customers responsibility and will be billed to the customer at our normal parts and labor rate.  It is the customers responsibility to note any damages on the rental contract at time of pick up.
  • Certificate of insurance naming "Capital Golf Carts" as additionally insured is required.
